PA Appreciation Week - Cyn Hunt

Piedmont would like to recognize and celebrate the Physician Assistants who continue to go above and beyond for our patients. About Cyn Hunt, P.A. Cyn Hunt, Piedmont Spine PA Cyn Hunt has more than 12 years of experience in spine care as a Physician’s Assistant. Before coming to Piedmont, Cyn worked with both orthopedic and neurosurgical spine surgeons in Brunswick, Atlanta and Macon. She assists Dr. Stevenson on a wide variety of surgeries and is also able to work autonomously in clinic to offer patients more immediate care. In addition to having a strong background in handling workers' compensation spine cases, Cyn has also served as a guest lecturer for medical and PA students at Mercer University. Cyn was was recently elected to serve on the Georgia Association of Physician’s Assistants (GAPA) Board of Directors. She has also been elected to her profession’s national organization, the American Association of Physician Assistants (AAPA), where she will represent Georgia in the House of Delegates. As a member of the GAPA Board and AAPA House of Delegates, she will serve as a liaison between practicing PA’s and PA students, keeping them updated on legislation affecting their profession.
